Will you pressure wash my roof?
No. Pressure washing strips the surface off tiles, can crack or lift them and pushes water into the loft. We take the moss off by steam or by hand, then soft wash a biocide on at low pressure.
How long does a roof clean take?
Most semi-detached and terraced houses in Manchester are done in a day. Larger detached homes can take two. We give you a date, text the day before and send photos when we finish.
Do you need scaffolding?
Usually not. We bring our own mobile tower and extendable poles, so there is no scaffold or cherry picker hire added to your quote.
What if the moss comes back?

Is the biocide safe for pets and plants?
